Yoga Fitness Instructor Certification

This 8-week Yoga Certification is for those who love the benefits of Yoga and want to share it with others.

Designed for someone who is somewhat familiar with Yoga classes.

You’ll learn the roots of Yoga (chakras, bandhas, breathing, Sanskrit, as well as the poses/asanas (standing postures).

Students concentrate on posture, voice, breathing, modifications and safety cues.

Sun salutations, moon salutations, forward bending and sitting postures are perfected as well as the techniques of meditation.
