Water Fitness Certification

Learn to teach a Water Fitness class using water weights and other props to ensure a fun yet challenging low impact workout.

You will have mastered cueing and calling in the Group Fitness Certification, so training time concentrates on water based exercises as opposed to land fitness.

Warm-up, Cardio, Sculpting, and cool-down are learned in the water (the shallow end!), and is a favorite among condo buildings and health clubs.
