Trainer Bootcamps: intense workouts combining cardio, strength training, calisthenics and flexibility.

Rotating Trainer Bootcamps Include:  Free Weight Bootcamps, Circuit Training Bootcamps, Stability Ball Bootcamps, Cardio Bootcamps, Portable Equipment Bootcamps

Table Pilates: work every muscle in your body with use of the Pilates Reformer machine. The class focuses on core strength and flexibility. Must sign up in advance for this class.

Cardio Kickboxing: an intense cardio-strength workout utilizing boxing, martial arts and kickboxing techniques.

Yoga-Balance: unlike your traditional yoga class, this modernized format incorporates full body stability, flexibilty, balance and coordination.

Body Sculpting: choreography is designed to incorporate all major muscle groups. This high intensity class will take strengthening and toning to the next level while melting off unwanted body fat.

Strength & Core: works on increasing flexibility, balance and core stability, which helps prevent back problems, muscle soreness and stiffness.

Suspension Training: functional training that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This highly portable training tool leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. This full body training program features progressions of shorter work intervals to longer transition periods.
